Important news concerning your e-mail service!

As a spam-fighting measure, we have decided that we need to implement one more security feature on our mail server.  You must make this configuration change on your mail client(s) ASAP.  We originally requested all clients make this configuration adjustment on 9/2/08.

If you already made this configuration change or if you use webmail as your mail client, please disregard this message.

All you need to do is enable "SMTP Authentication" in your mail client. You will see no difference at all during daily use.  This feature simply
verifies that you are authorized to send mail via our mail server...that's all.  Most all ISPs and institutions already implement this feature.

We have simple mail client configuration instructions for the most common mail clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird), but most all mail clients are quite similar.

If you have any problems making this small modification, please give us a call and we'll be happy to step you through it.
